Taxes: Punishment for Success

With all the debate over taxes lately, we’re hearing from many on the left that “rich people have enough money” and so on. What they really want to say – but can’t – is that government (at all levels) needs to take as much money away from rich people as it possibly can – not to enhance government revenue, but to punish the rich for being successful.
